This Licensing Policy explains how you may use ProPrompt’s prompts, templates, software, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any ProPrompt product, you agree to the terms set out in this document as part of our overall legal framework, which includes our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Services.
1. Types of Licenses
ProPrompt offers several license types depending on your purpose and use case. Each product or service clearly states which license applies.
Standard License
Grants you permission to use ProPrompt prompts, templates, or tools for personal, internal business, or limited commercial use.
You may not resell, share, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the content or software without prior written consent.
Commercial License
Allows wider commercial use, including integration of ProPrompt tools and prompts into your organisation’s workflows, training programs, or client projects.
Commercial Licenses are issued to businesses, consultants, or enterprise customers under specific terms. Review product-specific details before purchase or deployment.
Educational License
Offered to academic institutions, educators, and students at discounted or no cost.
Educational Licenses are for teaching, learning, and research purposes only. They may not be used for commercial work or paid projects unless expressly approved in writing.
2. License Scope and Restrictions
Grant of License
ProPrompt grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services according to this Policy and applicable product terms.
Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, copy, translate, or create derivative works of ProPrompt software, prompts, or templates.
Disassemble, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
Resell or distribute ProPrompt content without an approved reseller or partnership agreement.
Use the Services in any unlawful or deceptive way, or in a manner that harms others or violates intellectual property rights.
Your license covers access only; it does not grant ownership of any underlying software, code, or content.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, ownership, and intellectual property related to ProPrompt software, templates, agents, and related materials remain exclusively with ProPrompt Pty Ltd and its licensors.Unless otherwise stated, you receive a right to use ProPrompt products, not to own or reproduce them.
Attribution
4. Termination of License
ProPrompt may suspend or terminate your license if you breach any term of this Policy.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all licensed materials and permanently delete any copies in your possession.
Termination does not limit ProPrompt’s right to seek damages or enforce its intellectual property rights.
5. License Renewal and Cancellation
Renewal
If your license or subscription is time-based, it will automatically renew at the end of the term unless cancelled before renewal. Renewal fees are billed to your payment method on file.
Cancellation
You may cancel your license or subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. No refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
6. Updates to Licenses
ProPrompt may revise this Licensing Policy periodically to reflect updates in technology, regulation, or product offerings.
Changes take effect upon publication at https://proprompt.store/licensing.
Material changes may be communicated directly to active customers via email or dashboard notification.
